Miguel Diaz-Canel, Cuba´s President of the Councils of State and Ministers, received last night Bolivia´s President Evo Morales, who made a stopover in Havana on his way to New York , where he will attend the commemoration of the International Year of Indigenous Languages convened by United Nations.
