Members of the Parliamentary Commission for the Constitutional Reform ratified on Thursday in Havana the unique character of the upcoming popular consultation process in addition to the importance in studying the proposed draft Constitution in order to make serious and responsible proposals.
The population located in isolated mountainous areas in the province of Cienfuegos received on Wednesday the Draft Constitution of the Republic of Cuba which began its sale in post offices and newsstands.

The National Assembly of People’s Power approved on Sunday the holding – from August 13 to November 15 of this year – of a popular consultation on the draft Constitution of the Republic, a transcendental step before the final referendum.
