The President of San Cristobal Travel Agency, Orlando Ramos told the press on Tuesday in Havana that the recent measures announced by the US State, Treasury and Commerce Departments have provoked serious effects on the entity.

He explained that US visitors are its main clients and the prohibition of individual travelers under the 12 general categories approved by the Barack Obama government will continue affecting significantly the behavior of its visitors to Cuba.

Ramos pointed out that the warnings in not traveling to Cuba by the Donald Trump government, first due to Hurricane Irma and then the alleged security issue regarding acoustic attacks have inflicted the cancelation of many groups that had already been confirmed.
