The President of the Cuban councils of State and Ministers, Army General Raúl Castro, arrived in the capital of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria on Sunday morning, on an official visit.

The delegation accompanying the Cuban head of state is composed of Ricardo Cabrisas, Vice-president of the Council of Ministers; Bruno Rodríguez, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Army Corps General Leopoldo Cintra, Minister of the Revolutionary Armed Forces; and Raúl Barzaga, Cuba’s ambassador to that nation.
