Salvador Valdés Mesa, Vice-president of the Council of State, heads the Cuban delegation that will take part in the inauguration of Guatemalan President Jimmy Morales, scheduled for January 14.

The delegation is also made up by Ana Teresita González, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Carlos de Céspedes, Cuba’s ambassador to that country, ACN reported on January 13.
